Zoning Ordinances
The Zoning Ordinance is currently being reviewed by the Planning Commission. A Planning Commission Public Hearing is held for changes.
Once approved by Planning Commission, proposed changes go before City Council before an official change is made. These changes are noticed in West Bloomfield Beacon Newspaper and become effective 15 days after adopted by City Council.
