April 20, 2026 – Willow Beach Bridge Project Update
Due to material delays, it is now anticipated that the Contractor will begin working at the Willow Beach Bridge starting on May 4th (Weather Permitting). The entire project will take approximately 7 weeks to complete.
The City of Keego Harbor will be starting a bridge rehabilitation project in your neighborhood in the upcoming weeks. Construction will be taking place on Willow Beach Street at the Willow Beach Bridge; we advise residents north of the bridge to use Cass Lake Road and residents south to the bridge to use Orchard Lake Road for residential access.
To prepare for the project, construction crews will be on-site to mark utilities, provide layout stakes, mobilize traffic control signage, and install soil erosion measures. In the event you have a sprinkler system or invisible dog fence near the road on Willow Beach Street, the City is asking that you mark them before the start of the project to help prevent damaging them during the project. Weekly updates on the project will be provided by Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. via the City’s website (keegoharbor.org). We highly recommend checking the City’s website as construction continues to get the latest updates as we will not be sending out individualized messages.
Your patience would be appreciated during construction and field representatives from Hubbell, Roth & Clark (HRC) and the Contractor will be available to address issues as the occur. However, should you have any additional questions, please reach out to Willow_Beach_Bridge_Rehab@hrcengr.com.
