Service Line of America Warranty Program for Residents

The City of Keego Harbor has allowed Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA), a provider of home emergency repair solutions to homeowners nationwide, to offer Exterior Water Service Line Coverage and Exterior Sewer/Septic Line Coverage to Keego Harbor homeowners. 

Residents will be receiving a letter from Service Line Warranties of America the beginning of September explaining their program and the process.

Homeowners are not aware that they are responsible for certain repairs; for example, they don’t know that they are responsible to pay for repairs to water service and sewer/septic lines on their private property.
