Planning & Zoning

The Planning and Zoning Department is charged with several administrative and statutory duties. The primary duty and responsibility is to implement the City of Keego Harbor’s Zoning Ordinance and Master Plan. Other duties and responsibilities of the Planning and Zoning Office include:

  • Issue Zoning Determinations
  • Maintain and Provide Public Information
  • Attend Architectural Review Board Meetings
  • Review Permits
  • Attend both Planning Commission Meetings and Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings
  • Prepare Public Notices
