Building Department

Jennifer Gilman is the Administrative Clerk and runs the Building Department.  Jennifer is responsible for registering businesses, maintaining rental registrations and issuing all Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Zoning and Plumbing Permits for the City.  In additon, Jennifer schedules the inspections for every permit pulled. She is an animal lover, a diehard sports fan, and a University of Michigan Alum that has been known to bleed maize and blue. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, her family and her 4 legged children.
