City Manager / City Clerk

Tammy Neeb is the City Manager and the City Clerk.  The Clerk is the general accountant of the City.  The Clerk gives notice of all City meetings, attend these meetings and maintains the official minutes. Tammy keeps record of all ordinances, resolutions, and actions of the City Council.
As an Accredited Election Official, Tammy maintains voting records, registers new voters, and distributes and receives absentee ballots. The Clerk’s Office provides notary services to residents during regular office hours.
Tammy has been working at City Hall for 10 years, she started as the Administrative Clerk.  Previously she worked for 12 years as the City Clerk for Summerfiled Township.  In her free time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children and 5 grandchildren.
